Rules Of Procedure

These rules are put in place to set a regulatory framework for each traveller as well as to comply with security measures for each party.

1)    Main definitions

​

Travellers: Any person holding a reservation and accompanying person(s) declared on the reservation confirmation. Additional travellers, not declared on the reservation confirmation, will have to pay additional charges per night booked, , or we reserve the right not to give you access to the accommodation without this giving rise to any refund.
Visitors: Any person external to the booking and not declared on the booking confirmation.
Accommodation: Includes the entire accommodation: bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room and private garage.
Events & Parties: All celebrations causing noise and visual pollution.


2)    Noise and Neighbourhood

​

Quiet should be strictly observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the next day. 
Parties or other similar events are prohibited under penalty of additional charges.

3)    Visitors

​

Travellers are allowed to receive visitors within reason. However, it is forbidden for visitors to sleep in the accommodation under penalty of additional charges.

​

4)    Use of the accommodation

​

The apartment is only used by travelers. It cannot be used for filming or commercial photography. It also cannot be used for remunerated activities of any kind. The accommodation must not undergo any modification, work or development by travelers.

​

5)    Parties and events

​

Events and parties are strictly prohibited in the accommodation and this for the entire duration of the stay

​

6)    Parking

​

Travellers have a closed private car park and can use the visitor parking spaces located in the underground. On the other hand, it is forbidden to park a vehicle in front of the entrance to the garage or in any awkward place.

 


7)    Waste and selective sorting

​

A garbage room is available on floor -1 of the residence (door opposite the private garage). Travelers are invited to carry out selective sorting according to the rules in place in the condominium. Do not mix plastic/cardboard and glass.

8)    Safety

​

Travellers must double close the accommodation on each departure (temporary and permanent). In addition, in the event of early departure, travellers agree to close all roller shutters.

​

9)    Balcony 

​

It is strictly forbidden to hang anything on the railing of the loggia. Nor even to step over the loggia in any way.

​

10)    Tobacco

​

The entire accommodation, garage and common areas are strictly non-smoking (vaping also prohibited). Compensation may be claimed in the event of non-compliance, in particular if a smell of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or other was noticed after the keys were handed over, and this without any tolerance.

​

11)    Pets

​

No pets, regardless of size, breed or training are allowed in the accommodation. If you present with a pet despite everything, additional costs will be requested, or we reserve the right not to give you access to the accommodation without this giving rise to any refund. Potential visitors are not allowed to come with their pets.

​

12)    Loss, breakage and damage

​

As a traveller, you are responsible for the good maintenance of the accommodation and all the furniture. In the event of breakage or damage noted, the travellers must replace it or pay compensation equal to the value of the damaged element(s) to the host before departure, under penalty of prosecution.
This rule also applies to the loss or breakage of the garage keys or transmitter.
Garage transmitter loss or breakage costs: €120 including tax
Costs of the loss or the breakage of garage key: €75 including tax
Fees for loss or breakage of apartment key: €150 including tax

 

13)    Arrival and departure

​

We welcome travellers from 6:00 p.m. with the possibility of keeping luggage in the accommodation in case of early arrival. If the accommodation is available, it can then be delivered to the travellers before 6:00 p.m.

Departure must take place before 11:00 a.m.

​

15)    Compliance with the rules of procedure

​

Each traveller agrees to strictly comply with these rules under penalty of sanction and prosecution. These rules may be modified and adjusted before, during and after a stay.

​

16)     Elements made available

​

Each traveler has a set of bath towels (a large towel, a medium towel and a guest square). We also put two hand towels and a set of 3 ecological sponges. In the kitchen you also have olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, Nespresso capsules, filter & filter coffee, green tea & herbal tea bags and a roll of kitchen towel. In the toilets you will have rolls of toilet paper and basic household products. Finally, each traveler will have a 50cl bottle of water.

17)     Respect for guests

​

We invite all travelers to show respect in communication by message as well as when handing over the keys and not to make value judgments. All physical and verbal attacks as well as threats may be prosecuted by the competent authorities of the city without exception.

 

18 ) Personnal Belongings : 

 

We cannot be held responsible in the event of breakage, loss or theft of property belonging to travelers. They are encouraged to consult their home insurance policies to ensure that their property is covered. Our personal insurance does not cover this type of loss.

Furthermore, all travelers must ensure that their cars or bicycles enter the garage BEFORE arrival. We cannot be held responsible if your car does not fit into the garage. (Reminder: Height: 1.90 meters - Width: 2.77 meters -
Depth: 5.05 meters).

19) Reservation  :

​

When you make your reservation, we will automatically send you an acknowledgment of receipt. This message gives you the address of our site, a link to a video of access from the old town of Annecy as well as the telephone contact details for Josselin. A summary of the reservation is also made.

If, upon your arrival, we notice that the number of travelers is higher (or any other inconsistent change) we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
